Traditional Rice Pudding
Rice pudding is classic dish that is served across the country day by day. When it is as easy to make as this, you can see why.
Ingredients (serves 2)
375ml of semi skimmed milk, 25g sugar, 30g of pudding rice, nutmeg
How to make it
- Pre heat the oven to 150C
- Oil an ovenproof dish which will fit your mixture in.
- Mix the rice, milk and sugar together in the dish.
- Grate some nutmeg over the surface and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours
